I placed my order On Wednesday @ 14.30 and it was delivered the next day before noon by DHL when i expected it within 3 working days.
In between, several clear and detailed notifications about the status of my order, the payment and the delivery.
Very competitive pricing and very impressive service. Strongly recommended

Paid £9.99 for next day delivery

Paid £9.99 for next day delivery. Still haven’t received anything a week later. Takes three days for them to accept the order no option to track my delivery.

Arrived late and not as expected

I ordered a backpack on a Sunday paying a substantial amount for next day delivery. Calculating this from the next working day, I was expecting a Tuesday delivery but it did not arrive until late on Wednesday. I would have been less annoyed had the product been as expected. The dimensions were larger and the back bulky and too rigid for comfort so had to send it back. Unlike other online companies, there is no return label, or link to a delivery company to do this easily. I sent an unanswered email to say I was returning it, and have had no acknowledgement of the return. I did at least get the cost of the bag refunded. Their terms and conditions say they will deduct an admin fee on returns! Not a company I will use again.
I am now editing this review to downgrade to a 1 star. Since posting the inital review, I received an email which offered such excuses as they have no control of the dimensions of the bags that they sell, or if Next Day delivery will actually be delivered next day. They also offered to refund half my postage if I changed the review to a neutral one. I declined.

We had apologised for the delay and the inconvenience caused. We're a small business and rely on our carriers such as Royalmail and Parcelforce to deliver next day. Unfortunately on this occasion delivery day was missed by 1 day and offered customer the refund in postage costs.

Great service, very responsive via email. Delivered an unusual order of a discontinued product (a replacement of a personal favourite backpack) I couldn’t find anywhere else in very quick time. Would recommend the shop to anyone in a similar position
