I used this company for EPC, Gas and EICR certificates for my property sale. From initial booking to getting the certificates in my hand took less than a week.

The inspectors (Tony of Elmhurst Energy Systems for EPC, and Justin of Milsquires Property Services for Gas & EICR) were polite, on time and professional.

And the support staff (notably Melissa) were wonderful too. Good communication and fast response times. Excellent.

Wonderful company. From the first enquiry, booking, attending the appointment time, carrying out the survey, payment and receiving the EPC itself, the whole process was so simple. All team members were professional and friendly. Would highly recommend.

I received an email from EPC Choice regarding a personal property dispute, and I was extremely concerned by the lack of professionalism displayed. It seems that the company is using their business email for personal matters, which led to the accidental sharing of a client’s personal information without proper authorisation. This blatant disregard for client confidentiality is not only alarming but also indicates a severe lack of care when it comes to safeguarding sensitive data.

What frustrates me the most is that EPC Choice claims they have not provided me with their services, yet this mix-up occurred due to their misuse of business emails for personal matters. This is a serious issue that shouldn't be overlooked, as mistakes like this can happen when private client details are shared in an email that wasn’t intended for me, but still contained the sensitive information.

I’m deeply disappointed with their approach and would advise anyone considering their services to be cautious. Such negligence regarding client privacy is unacceptable and should not be tolerated in any professional setting.

I was shocked by the rude behavior I encountered from this company. The staff were incredibly dismissive and made me feel like I was a burden for asking questions. When I reached out for help, I was met with short, condescending responses instead of the professional and courteous service I expected. It’s unacceptable to treat customers this way, and I won’t be doing business with them again.
