I instructed EP Cleaners to carry out an end of tenancy clean of my property in Croydon after the tenants left it in a disgusting condition. The entire property required cleaning including the carpets which needed a professional clean. I was amazed to say the least at the job the cleaners did in the property. A team of cleaners from EP Cleaners worked extremely hard and I could not fault their work. I reclaimed the full amount of the clean against the tenancy deposit. I would absolutely use and recommend EP Cleaners again

The gentleman was on time and well mannered. He did a really good job and went beyond what was required. I cant fault the service and will have him come back.

All three members of the team worked hard all day and left the house looking great. I especially appreciated the detailed and thorough clean of the kitchen and bathrooms. And they even helped me fix my closet door! Expensive, but worth it before moving into a house and putting all my things in drawers, etc.

The team were punctual and professional. They asked intelligent questions about what was to be done. The carpets, kitchen and bathrooms were far cleaner than when we arrived. The flat looked wonderful. We wished EP Cleaners had cleaned the flat before we arrived.

I'm very satisfied with the cleaning of the flat. The cleaners were professional and friendly and they did a great job. Definitely 5*.

EP cleaners were friendly, professional and efficient from the outset. The cleaners arrived promptly for our end of tenancy clean and I was very impressed with the results. Mould which I believed would never come off the bath and a skylight magically disappeared and the oven looked brand new! I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I found EP Cleaners on Google. After calling around a few cleaning companies EP Cleaners where by far the most professional, they gave me advice on what the inventory company expected and even picked up the keys from another location. The team of cleaners worked very hard and the property looked transformed once they completed the clean. The inventory company that inspected the property where very impressed with the clean. The cleaners where able to get out stains that where on the carpet before I moved in, which was great. I have already recommended there cleaning services to family and friends.

EP Cleaners delivered on what they said they were going to do. The cleaners turned up on time with all their equipment and chemicals. I was amazed that they were able to clean the oven to such a high standard, is looks like new. The bathroom taps now shine and the entire property looks like a show home. The cleaners worked very hard and were very friendly when showing me round the property.

We were very impressed with the service provided by EP Cleaners and would be happy to recommend them to any other potential users. The cleaners provided were very hard working, thorough and professional and appeared to take a great pride in their work. The owner of the company, Eamonn, visited our site beforehand and gave a very detailed and accurate assessment of the work needed and likely time scale for it to be completed. Should the need arise we would not hesitate to use their services again.

the cleaning i received yesterday was fantastic! really really great. its made our house feel really fresh and clean and new. we feel right at home now. i've had cleaners in the past but i've never had cleaners who cleaned so well. they cleaned things i didn't even know you could clean or how to clean.

EP cleaners did a great job cleaning our new house.

They told me to write a list of things I wanted them to focus on, then they came in at 9am.

By the time we came from work at 6pm it was spotless, and everything on my list of things had been done.

I would recommend this cleaning firm.

We moved into a property and the pre tenancy cleaning was not done. We required the cleaning to be done urgently, this was dealt with very well and efficiently by EP cleaners. They provided us with cleaning services on Sunday which was very convenient.
The cleaners arrived on time and did a great job at cleaning the apartment, especially the carpets.

All in all good service, would certainly recommend using EP Cleaners.

Cleaners arrived on time were friendly and efficient did a good job and were responsive to our requirements throughout. Would definitely recommend them.

I have only used EP Cleaners once but I look forward to using them again for end of tenancy cleaning as they are the first cleaning company I have come across that actually deliver a sparkling result (and I have used several different companies). The cleaners worked very hard, brought plenty of chemicals and clearly knew what they were doing - the end result was excellent and I look forward to using them again.
Communication with the office was also excellent - a swift response and clear emails. Recommended.

Having had a tenant completely ruin my flat the team worked hard to get in quickly, gave me advice beforehand, and once in worked their magic. Communication was clear and concise, the cleaning was excellent given the trying circumstances and I appreciate all the help and reassurance from all the team.

The Cleaners worked as a great team, working their way through the house. They managed to make things that looked in despair shine as though they were new again. We were very impressed and they were a pleasure to have in the house.

Epcleaners did an emergency end of tenancy clean on my property. The booking process was simple and they completed the work very well and within the timeframe. Communication was very good throughout the process so I felt as though I knew what was going on at all times.

I was very hesitant to book with your company as another company was about half the cost of your company. As it turned out, by the time I booked with them they were totally booked and were not available on the date required.

When the rental agency came to inspect the property they were amazed that the property was actually in better condition then when I had rented it 2 years ago. In fact they were amazed that many of the marks and spots that were there two years ago, were now gone.

Getting back my full security deposit was greatly appreciated.

EP Cleaners did a fantastic job of cleaning my house at the end of the lease. We called EP Cleaners in after another cleaning company let us down. A team of cleaners turned up at short notice to clean the 4 bedroom house I was renting; they brought all their own chemicals and carpet cleaning equipment with them. They took photos and e-mailed me the pre and post clean pictures (even waiting for the inventory company to arrive to ensure they were satisfied that the property had been cleaned to a professional standard) Highly recommended.
