EP Cleaners might not be the cheapest cleaning company out there but from my experience definitely the most trustworthy and worth every pound. After moving into a new apartment we hired them for a deep clean. Luis and his team did an amazing job cleaning our 2 bedroom apartment, from the carpets to cleaning behind and under the furniture and giving the bathrooms a new shine, they left nothing to be desired and done everything within a few hours. I would definitely recommend EP Cleaners and will refer to their services in the future.

EP Cleaners are not the cheapest outfit on the block but they certainly deliver an outstanding quality and flexibility of service from beginning to end and great results. I would recommend them without hesitation.

My requirement was a bit unusual. I was due to go into hospital for a major operation and wanted to return to a properly clean home which had only had superficial cleans for a number of years. Initially, my main concern was whether EP Cleaners only cleaned empty properties. Would it be possible to work around the mountains of books and junk lying around all over the place? EP Cleaners responded promptly and clearly to my various questions and as a relative novice in commissioning this type of work I gradually got to understand pretty well what would be possible and the size of the job. The fullness of their responses made it relatively easy to build up a picture of what they did. I was reassured to learn that roughly 50% of EP's work is in occupied properties. I also told myself I could specify priorities on the day. So I booked, on the clear understanding that ultimately I couldn't be guaranteed a refund or a rebooking at no extra cost, if I cancelled, especially if at the last minute.

So I took the plunge and paid upfront with a slight feeling of unease. No sooner had the payment cleared I learnt my operation had been re-scheduled for the day before the EP Clean date!

I panicked, but EP Cleaners were totally unphased. They could let themselves in using a keysafe already installed. I would specify requirements and priorities in advance by email and notes left in the home of any bits to miss out. I have to say I was anxious about the outcome. Could I rely on a company I had never used before and which had not been personally recommended to me, to let themselves into my home and do the work without any supervision whatsoever at any stage? Ummmm!

I needn't have worried. When I returned home from hospital I found everything exactly as it should be, sparkling top to bottom, with all the really messy bits sorted out, sometimes in ways I had previously never imagined and which I will adopt in future. Clearly, real masters of the art of cleaning. But, above all, it was all really clean. I've lived in this house for 45 years and can honestly say it never looked and felt cleaner.

Then the icing on the cake: On the arm of the sofa my lost Freedom Pass and Senior Railcard.

And, no additional invoice for parking charges! The deal was that I would pay for the expensive street parking. I have a special visitors permit and was intending to use it but this only works if activated personally from my smartphone. This was obviously a non-starter from Intensive Care! In the rush of getting things organised parking became a second order issue. I can think of many so called reputable organisations who would have pursued me relentlessly for every last penny owed irrespective of any damage to customer relations. Not so EP Cleaners. In fact, having justly earned this review, my good feelings about the company are such that if a parking invoice thudded onto my doormat tomorrow I'd happily pay it.

What this all boils down to is genuine attention to customer needs rather than the all too common lip service practiced by most companies. Well done and thank you again.

We received a first class service from booking through to the cleaning.
The level of cleaning was exceptional.
We did leave a bit of a mess as our time had been spent on moving rather than cleaning.
We received our full deposit back and a note from the landlord thanking us for leaving it so clean.
Not the cheapest out there but most definitely worth the cost.

Luis and his hard-working team from EP Cleaners did an excellent end of tenancy clean for me in a property where the tenants had been in situ for 4 years. They worked solidly from 8am until 3pm. All light fittings were cleaned to perfection - my chandelier now sparkles as new as the day I bought it ten years ago! - and every single door got a thorough rubbing down. Skirting boards and dado rails were left immaculate not to mention the pristine bathroom and kitchen (including fridge, freezer and oven interiors). Carpets were vacuumed then stream cleaned, as was the sofa which came up brand new. The team were polite, friendly and wasted no time getting the job done. Even my mother was impressed - there is no better accolade!!! I can highly recommend and will certainly be using them again. Thank you!

This is the first time I've used EP cleaners. I've just completed on a 4 bedroom house and needed a deep clean before I moved in. The place was left in a right state by the previous owners but Luis and the team worked extremely hard to make the place sparkling and clean. The company have been very professional and easy to deal with from the start. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again. Excellent service!

Very effective and detailed cleaning carried out by Luis and his team from EP cleaners at my property where after 6 months of building works there was large amounts of building dust and 'trodden-in' dirt throughout all areas of the house. The team arrived on time and worked through for the allotted time. I noted the detailed areas requiring focus and discussed these with Luis who oversaw the cleaning work. The areas were all cleaned to a high standard including the cleaning of windows, skylights and door tracks, including deep cleaning to the Kitchen, bathroom and living areas with both wooden flooring and carpetted areas. I would definiutely reuse the service for deep cleaning.

This is the second time I have used the EP Cleaners crew led by Luis. Both times were brilliant though the requirement was totally different in each case.
Last time we were doing a moving out clean after 25 years of residence in a large townhouse. This time we had done a major restoration and refurbishment in a central London block. Builder's dust was everywhere: every drawer and cupboard. Well it's all gone now and the place is in perfect shape for moving in.
The special feature in both cases? Absolute thoroughness and ruthless attention to detail. You want clean? You want sparkle? This is the A team of professional cleaners.

The cleaners turned up on time and cleaned to a very good quality standard. I had some concerns about the cleaners not finishing within the time I had requested and this was managed well by the manager. My landlord had some questions about the cleaning and the team dealt with these professionally and efficiently. Overall, great customer service.

Punctual, efficient, hardworking and polite from booking through to the work being completed.

The cleaners were punctual, polite and got straight to work. The level of cleaning was fantastic - the house was desperately in need of it and the difference was remarkable. The carpets - which are 20 years old and had never been cleaned, just hoovered - looked almost as good as new. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company - in fact have already done so.

I used EP Cleaners for the end of tenancy clean on a property I was leaving. Eamonn and Sarah managed the communications and calling the day before to re-confirm everything. The cleaners arrived promptly, just before 8am and got to work. End product was brilliant. Not an inch missed. Helps take some of the stress away when moving house and helps ensure to get 100% of the deposit back. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and I will for sure be using again in the future.

The two cleaners arrived at our property in West Wickham at 8am as arranged and worked non-stop until 2pm, cleaning our kitchen, bathroom and shower room to an incredibly high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm to other householders.

Booked EP Cleaners to carry out a deep clean of a one bed flat between tenancies. You will find cheaper quotations but EP are real professionals and I cannot fault the results. Thorough work and tremendous attention to every last detail. Particularly good with kitchens and bathrooms! Would definitely use service again.

I was recommended to EP Cleaners by someone that had just used them. From booking my deep clean for an open day viewing of my flat the whole experience was stress free. I have to admit it was a bit expensive but the finished project was worth every penny. I am so pleased, thank you.

I booked EP Cleaners to clean my dads house which had been too much for him to keep on top of,not only did they clean all the carpets but also decobwebbed everywhere and left the kitchen(which was very dirty) and bathroom immaculate.I can not recommend highly enough,booking was easy and they made a special effort to fit me in although they were busy.When i entered the property later i was speechless.fantastic
