I booked a deep clean with EP Cleaners and unfortunately while the clean was OK there were parts of the clean that were missed, the parts you normally expect to be covered by a deep clean (underside of shower taps, shower heads etc. left with limescale). Normally with a deep clean everything is left as new, especially when everything in my apartment is <1 year old and cleaned professionally weekly. I called to complain (with photos) and they did offer to send the cleaner back to finish the job or £20 refund.

I meant to write this review a while ago now.. So busy! Luis and his team cleaned our 3 bed house in June prior to the start (our first) tenancy and did an amazing job on a very hot day. They were extremely hard working and thorough as well as polite, helpful and honest. I would definitely use them again. The standard of work was very high. Definitely a professional clean compared to the other (albeit cheaper) fraudsters out there.

Louis and his team arrived on time, they were very friendly and the quality of cleaning was thorough. We got 3 cleaners for a 2 bedroom flat and the place was spotless after they finished

I really could not recommend these cleaners highly enough. They completely transformed our house in a short period of time and their attention to detail was amazing - they literally left no stone unturned and cleaned everything to the highest degree. I would recommend Luis (Henriqes) and his colleague who came along to clean a filthy Fulham flat that was filthy at the end of a long-term tenancy. They were efficient, thorough, super-fast and very cheerful. They transformed the place in just a few hours.

What bright, lovely, efficient cleaners! Our home needed attention to all the dusty areas that busy/lazy people neglect. Having a deep clean by Luis and his team has made such a difference - even the air in our flat feels fresher. Highly recommended.

Well Kitchen was immaculate and everything shines like new.
I was especially impressed with the tiles that had been in a bad state but now as good as new and white!.
I moved here 2 weeks ago and stairs were filthy. The women had pets and HSE was dirty.
I had Alina and accomplice. they arrived at 8.10a.m ish and I left them alone in the property till 2.
Only kitchen hallway and bathroom got done this time so will need another day to do 3 bedrooms and lounge but for 6 hours I couldn't expect whole 3 bed house to be tackled as boxes are in the lounge.

For attention to detail they were thorough but house wasn't completed. But hope they come back at a later stage.

I paid £300.00 which is a lot but they use machines. And are pleasant.

We had just moved to a victorian house that had been recently renovated but whose previous owners had really poor hygiene standards. Luis and Sara were the heroes who didn't hesitate to tackle every single grubby corner. There were lots of boxes in their way and they were completely unfazed by them. The ultimate test came when they pulled a built-in fridge out to assess a bad smell coming from behind it. To everyone's horror it was the badly decomposing body of a rat. Luis's attitude was, 'it's a difficult job but someone has got to do it" - he dealt with it with so much professionalism. I was extremely impressed. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you.

From my first phone call to EP Cleaners, I received great service. We discussed what they considered to be the best for me and a few days later, Luis and Cassandra were at my door step 30 minuets early with all engines running.

They spent a minute looking around the house, before deciding how they where going to concur the hefty job that my nightmare tenants left behind them. The two of them were only booked to stay for 6 hours, but didn't leave until they felt the house was up to standard, which meant they stayed an extra two hours, free of charge!!!

My previous tenants were very dirty people. There were parts of the house I thought were impossible to clean. But, boy did Luis and Cassandra change my mind. The whole time Luis maintained amazing communication with me as I ran errands, leaving them with my key. When I returned I was blessed with a home, a real home, with its potential once again restored.

Thank you to Luis for his outstanding service and hard work. As well as, Cassandra for her amazing abilities. You guys are superstars!! I recommend EP Cleaners to anyone that is in need of a serious one-off cleaning job. THANK YOU!!!

Thanks so much to your team for amazing work! This property needed extensive cleaning after tenants left it filthy over several years and EP Cleaners worked diligently all day to ensure that all critical areas were disinfected and sparkling clean. The bathroom and kitchen looked like new at the end of the day, we were shocked!

I would definitely recommend EP cleaners. We used them to deep clean our house before we moved in and Luis and his team did a tremendous job. They worked so hard and left the place looking spotless. They even managed to clean areas which I didn't think would be possible.

I’ve worked with Eamonn and the team at EP Cleaners when I was property manager at Acorn Estate Agents, so when I started up my own Estate Agency they were first on my list of companies to come on board as cleaning contractors. Their work is exemplary, their attention to detail is first class and their staff are always polite and attentive. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Luis and his team were absolutely fantastic. They were thorough and left everything spotless. They were also very careful around the valuables and I noticed them taking extra care when moving anything. I cannot recommend enough!

I had two cleaners come in on Sat for 6 hours each to do a move-out cleaning. The cleaners were awesome, very happy with the level of detail and diligence. originally asked to clean two bathrooms and the kitchen, but they were so efficient, they basically cleaned the whole flat within the 6 hours. Would definitely recommend EP cleaners!
