Ordered via Tesco market place .faulty goods arrived. Sent back for replacement. Only received one item back of two. Which took a week. Had to wait a further week for the second item to be replaced. Customer service needs to improve they say they will call you back and don't. Phone rings out no answer. If you request sales wow answered straight away. Save yourself the hassle and don't use this company. Tesco you need to check the service you are giving your customers via these third party companies.

Ordered from what I thought was 'Debenhams' - turns out it was an outfit called EPE International - sent wrong item, sent item back - now no replacement item or refund, and they have stopped all communication! Do yourself a favour and don't get scammed by these chancers. 'Customer service' has been full of lies. Now talking to PayPal for refund.

There was an error with the tracking number so I had no idea when the package would arrive. I wasn't in so it got returned to them. Terrible communication. I spoke twice to them on the phone, both times they said they'll call me back..they never did. Now they're not even bothering to pick up. Absolute jokers, they've still got my money, who knows if I'll ever get it back. Don't waste your time!
