They are wronging their users and basing their reviews on something fictional from a an unknown user who have been paid for trying out a game!!!! No real user input whatsoever!!! Epic Games sucks on that account!!! Steam is sooooo much better! At least an actual gamer can report its opinions, Epic Games only benefits from Fortnite!!!

extremely bad. refunds don't work, games don't install the add-ons. wasted money and time for this very bad website

I hate that my fav game, rocket league is owned and managed by EGS, everything went wrong over time i mean everything and for that i'm pissed off.

WHY IS SUPPORT IGNORING ME AND CLOSING MY TICKETS WITHOUT EVEN GIVING AN ANSWER? THIS IS DISCIRMINATION AND I EXPECT A FORMAL APOLOGY! I DEMAND RESPECT...

Great games, simple to win well for me anyway, payout is relatively fast.

Three months on from my account getting hacked and stolen with over three hundred games on it, I have given up countless “account recovery” denied by bots, countless emails telling me it’s the only way and the email being closed so I get zero replies.

I will never use EPIC again I’ve moved entirely to steam, the support is the worst I’ve ever experienced. 10/10 would not recommend buying your games there.

Talked to Adam today about a query, he was very helpful as usual can't fault the customer service.

Unreal engine is good engine, especially for VR Games

I got banned from RL after my teammate disconnected, and I forfeited. How is this platform so trash???

Well, two important things:

First, the lesser, the epic games launcher isn't plug and play with portable/removable SSDs. I take my SSD on the go sometimes with some work stuff on it and some games, get home later and want to play games again? Hope it still recognises that 100gb install! I've had to redownload or troubleshoot for hours before just to get my game working again. The launcher in general is horrible as people have pointed out and this is by far not my only issue with it.

Second, the worst thing I've dealt with with them: AGE.
I made my account as a minor, which wasn't a problem because I got Dead By Daylight and such and all was good, then a while later, while still a minor, they updated their account terms, locking me from certain games I already had! Even after tweaking with the parental controls it didn't work. This soured my entire opinion of epic games.

The even worse part about the account update, THEY STILL LET ME BUY SOME OF THE GAMES BUT NOT DOWNLOAD OR PLAY THEM! I remember buying a few games I really wanted, going to play them a few days later, just to find out I would have to wait another while just to open them!

Of course I tried going to support about all of this but they were completely useless.

I really hate this company

The Launcher is usually annoying but they have Unreal Engine and the Hello Neighbor Mod Kit so eh, although the launcher pales in comparison to Steam.

This season is complete ass to much lag can berly play the game or have decent gameplay use to have fun now im thinking about moving on to something better to play i give 1 star and if i could i would give -20 star for this game . Better fix your game before losing it all

ruined rocket league. microtransaction slop everywhere. no player trading. somehow a morally bankrupt chat filtering system that I can't even really explain. how is "homophobia" not a term that's allowed lmao I'm not able to call out bigots without getting chatbanned. no punishments for people who throw games. reports get ignored. I'll be campaigning for this one larger scale with time. ruined one of the greatest games of all time because they saw a cash cow and couldn't not have it.

Worst customer service team i have ever dealt with my life, i got hacked and banned from fortnite for a year, i recover my account and log back on and BOOM im competetive banned, they couldnt tell me anythng about the ban or tell me what i could do to fix it, so now it seems you get banned for getting hacked

It was thrilling and enjoyable but only won 2 pounds.

Well I got fortunate ??
