If I could give them zero stars I would. I placed an order about 3 months ago, I have not received my order nor received any reply to the emails I sent asking for my order or my money back
I bought plants on Jan 31st and I was told that it was too cold to post them . I placed a second order on March 1st and was told that it was still too cold. I emailed 'Frank' a couple of weeks later and was told that they were after having a night of -5 but that the 2 orders would be sent a couple of weeks later. I left it a few weeks and emailed again. This time I got no response. I have emailed a few times since, asking for a response, my plants or a refund but I can't get any reply. I've lost €100 to this scam company!
I bought and paid for a few plants from this company. I never received them. I sent five emails. The first one I got a reply that they will ship in 6 weeks. On the next e-mail I got the reply that it was too cold to send, and then there were no replies. This store is a scam.
