I was skeptical when I first engaged with e-provided. Back in Aug 25 I dropped my phone into a salt water pool where it stayed for about 20 min. I wanted to save the pics, and some other documents. I fully expected to get scammed but it turned out they delivered but were very optimistic about their time frames.
I had to call a few times and text, "what's the status?" "How's it coming." etc. They don't do a good job explaining that they rebuild your phone by finding damaged phones and taking the good parts to repair your phone.
It took about 3 months but they did indeed recover my data and sent my phone back with a usb drive of my data. I'm pleased and fortunately wasn't in a rush.
My only suggestion is for them to be a little more transparent about the time frames and what they do, that would've helped to set my expectations right up front.

Had severely corrupted micro sd card. Eprovided Data Recovery recovered the photos on this card. Bruce and his crew worked hard to recover our valuable pictures. Thanks Bruce and your crew. I highly recommend this company.

I contacted this company last year for data recovery services. They were unsuccessful, which I do not hold against them and I'm sure they do very good work in general. However, before sending in my device that needed recover, I had made attempts to discuss the particular problem I had with my device, both over email and phone, and no one was able to tell me whether previous data recovery attempts for someone with my same circumstances had been successful. I ended up paying a lot of money for their unsuccessful attempt. When I left a negative review, they called me, told me I was wrong to post a negative review, and said they would only return my device after I had taken down my review. It was not very professional, nor was it a pleasant conversation, but I complied.
I later called a different service, and the representative was willing to discuss the problem with my device over the phone, as well as inform me that the data was permanently lost, saving me the trouble and cost of sending it in to be evaluated - which eProvided had not done, claiming there was 'no way to tell whether my data could be recovered without looking at the device first'.
In short, if you are unsure whether your data is recoverable, I would suggest calling different services until someone can give you an affirmative answer, so you don't lose $150 on an unsuccessful attempt.

I sent my USB into eProvided to recover my important files and pictures I had for years. They recovered everything and I was extremely happy since my stuff was important to me. They were excellent in communicating with me from start to finish and I would recommend eProvided to anyone who lost their important data. Your the best...Thank you eProvided!!!

I know a bit about data recovery having recovered a number of hard drives for friends and one for myself. My second photog on a wedding shoot (for my step-sister-in-law no less) had one of her cameras in for servicing so she brought her prosumer level body that didn't have a second card slot for backup. Of course good ol' Murphy got us on that one and we needed to recover about 240 photos.

I couldn't even get the card to mount in Linux via the command line. I assumed it was toast. Still my wife was persistent since it was for family.
We found e-provided via a google search and wow did they stand out.

I'd not found any other service that would go to the lengths they will, or that had anywhere near the positive results and ratings these folks had. Plus they had a number of options in terms of the amount of work they'd do that allowed me to take a risk without spending more money that I wanted to.

The only negative that I could even mention was that the email that included my instructions failed to include their physical address whereas the confirmation page that came up after I filled out the issue form did so when I got to the Post Office with only my phone and opened the email I ended up needing to call them before I could address the envelope. In the grand scheme of things this was incredibly minor and I'd still strongly recommend them to anyone that thinks their data is gone for good.

The SD card of my Camera was damaged and couldn't be retrieved. E-Provided has helped me recover the data. They have skilled technicians who can perform this task. I personally felt they are a bit costly but the job gets done neatly and they have a good process in place from beginning to end.Thanks guys.

My granddaughter ran into my flash drive in my laptop. All of my data disappeared. When I tried to use the drive again, the computer would not recognize it. In fact, no computer I tried would recognize the drive. Did a google search for companies who could recover data and this was one of the ones that came up. Based on the reviews, I chose to us this company. Instructions to send flash drive were easy to follow. Email confirmations as to where they were in the process followed in a timely manner. Phone calls were returned promptly as well. Initial Data Retrieval was unsuccessful. I was offered an Advance Recovery or Simple Fix. I opted for the Simple Fix. All data was recovered. Thanks.

Thank you eProvided for rescuing my files. I thought everything was gone but they rebuilt my AutoCAD file system. This was after another company promised to save it but couldn't do the job. During my incredible, amazing, PERFECT honeymoon in Costa Rica this December, my husband and I were spending our last day in heaven-on-earth at the beach, with our waterproof camera. When we got out of the water my husband held up the camera and sand and water were pouring out. When we got back home, (San Diego, CA) I took the sd card to 2 different camera and image recovery stores, both with no luck. But I refused to give up and lose our honeymoon pictures. I got on the computer and googled sd card recovery companies. EProvided came up first and quite a few times after, each and every review was positive, and all had success stories. I read so many stories, all the same, eProvided recovered all the images in every review, plus the main reason I decided to send our sd card to their company were the continued mention of their updates and communication with customers. I mailed my sd card that day! I was constantly recieving emails with updates. I was contacted by a very, very friendly, professional, personable man who called to let me know the sd card was too damaged. He then mentioned the option to do a more intensive attempt, which required to be sent to the lab ..... Let's just say this amazing human being listened to my story, was genuine and helped make us some of the happiest people because less than 4 days TOTAL and they have recovered every picture from our honeymoon.
