Not worth the time and energy and money

The onboarding experience was solid, and the team talked a big game. They referenced case studies from other marketing agencies in my niche that had success with their strategies.

And my company has a lot of great client wins, case studies and experience so I decided to give them a shot.

The team is based in India, so they don't operate on US business hours — response times often stretched beyond a full business day, which made communication frustrating.

We hit some snags during Q4, and I'll acknowledge that I was initially using my own domain inboxes, which could have contributed to poor results early on. But when we turned the campaigns back on in January using their entire internal setup and infrastructure, the results didn't improve.

The calls that did get booked were largely with brands that didn't meet my minimum revenue criteria, and most weren't genuinely interested in my services. The cold email sequences leaned heavily on a "removing negative reviews" angle, which is why those brands booked in the first place — not because they were actually in the market for what I offer.

Overall, the owner was very nice, and I did enjoy communicating with him, but they could not deliver the results. Therefore, I could not recommend them.
