Very poor delivery service

This company just never sends out orders
In the time frame they are meant to .
I-5 business days .
I ordered a men’s jacket for my husband 15 days ago and it was never delivered no email letter sent to me to say sorry for delay or any email to say it has been dispatched .
They have no telephone number so you can’t ring customer service and if you do send an email you’ll be lucky if you even get a reply . I did eventually to say they are refunding into my bank , no letter of apology or where the order of the coat
Is . I believe it is a very small business .

Avoid like the plague

Read the recent reviews on this site (& eBay). I bought through eBay and am now receiving a refund, because EqP simply will not acknowledge your presence or look to rectify a problem.

I waited three weeks for an order via…

I waited three weeks for an order via Amazon, two emails from me and an email from Amazon were all ignored. I'm not sure how a business stays afloat when they don't deliver and then ignore the customer. Very strange way of doing business! If I could award 0 stars, I would.

I'm afraid I have to complain as I…

I'm afraid I have to complain as I received a coat that obviously had a design fault ( but that was not apparent when I received it ). I only wore the coat 6 times and the leg strap came off and also tore the coat as it came off during a walk. When I asked for refund / replacement, I was told that they considered it wear and tear. Clearly, this was because they are not required to do anything by law as it was just over six months since I received the coat. I offered to send them the coat ( it still looks brand new and has the label inside the pocket ) but they were not interested. They told me the manufacturer would not refund them, thus they would not refund me. Would not use them again.

Garden Feast Bird Seed

Just received our first delivery of Garden Feast bird seed. Has to be the best we have ever bought. Good price. Lots of different seeds - NO wheat or corn. Free delivery, too. First class. Cannot fault.

Equestrian PoorPerformance

As said so many times by other reviewers, this company has a really bad track record for giving delivery dates then not even dispatching the goods until they are contacted several times - and more.
Their customer relations is worse than poor and if there was a gold medal for how to contrive excuses for goods not arriving, they would win hands down.
Try to avoid them if you can.

Bad bad bad bad! Don't order from them...

Do not order from them. You WILL be ripped off! No doubt about it. They hadn't dispatched them I had numerous of excuses. Bet they will have never have sent them. And for a lot of people they probably wouldn't have rung up, god knows how many people they will have ripped off.... They apparently contact you about 'threatening behaviour' after you write a bad review... go ahead mate. (This was on Yell reviews, where I have also wrote a review) This is not threatening. It is information letting buyers aware of what you are doing. So telling the truth and trying to help people not make the same mistake is threatening?? We live in a world of free speech. The fact that on your website you have a 'how to write a good review' actually says something about the buisness. Should be good enough for people to write genuinely good things about it.... just have a think about that before you contact me...

Offers free delivery between 5-10 …

Offers free delivery between 5-10 working days, i had to chase after 5 days as my item had still not been dispatched. Other suppliers offer free delivery and post the next day. If you need your item quickly proceed with caution.

On line order

Had a lot of hassle trying to get the discount code. After a few e mail messages the people at Equestrian were very helpful and managed to get it all sorted. Took a while for delivery, this was for a Birthday present, luckily I ordered in plenty of time.
