I don’t like change much, but……..

My horse’s McTimony practitioner uses the app and said it was all very new to her but was going to be so much better for her going forward. I trust her with my horse and I trust her with the information and advice she gives me. I received the email, downloaded the app, signed up and there it was! Easy as that.

i had never used equigate before until…

i had never used equigate before until my saddle fitter asked me to join up so that we could chat and discuss our appointments and any other information she or i needed of each other i couldnt belive how simple it really is and how organised it is having all types of sections for answers i didn’t know about definitely something i will keep using 100%

Early days

My practitioner has only just started using this system so there have been a few hiccups with appointment dates. I am hopeful that things will settle down. The app is easy to set up and navigate from a customer point of view.

Great user friendly app for me and my instructor

Signing up in the first instance I wasn’t too impressed as neither my home address or stable yard address were available on the drop down lists and nor could I imput them manually.
That aside, the app allows for good communication between myself and my EP, the appointment reminders are very much welcomed and on the whole, an easy and convenient addition to a busy life.

It’s very easy to use

It’s very easy to use. I like how you can have profiles of horses to keep track of each one and the messaging is quick. It looks nice too. Being able to pay through the app would be a bonus, I have paid my invoice but it doesn’t mark it automatically as paid as you need to BACS it. The practitioner has to mark it as paid on the app. All round though, it’s a great app.
