During the past couple of months, I've bought hoof boots three times and returned a few without any problems. The shipping was prompt, and I found the prices to be among the most competitive. Returning the items was hassle-free. Although I didn't test the boots I sent back, it's advisable to use plastic bags if you're trying them out to ensure they remain clean for a potential return. I'm happy to recommend Equine Podiatry Supplies and will continue to be a customer—I've just made another purchase!

I've made 3 separate purchases for hoof boots over the last 2 months and returned some of them, all went smoothly. Dispatch was fast, the prices are some of the best I've seen and no issues with the return either. The boots I returned were untested, but make sure to use plastic bags if you are testing them to keep the boots clean in case of needing to return.

Today I postet my experience with Equine Podiatry Supplies. I must afsnit it was negative BUT I have to say that I retract my earlier post 100%.
I had not received my goods in 6 weeks.
Everything with regards to this ordre with regards from shipment to email exchange had gone wrong.
I finally got a text message this evening from the most helpful and frustrated business owner in England. Brexit has made everything so difficult with regards to trade between the EU and Great Britain. So I feel bad about making a negative post on Trust Pilot.
I originally heard about Equine Podiatry Supplies from a dear friend of my and she was so pleased with her purchase.
So!! I fully understand what has gone wrong and I have nothing but pleasant things to say about the very kind and sorry person from Equine Pod.Sup. with whom I have been communicating this evening.
