A very interesting and valuable course, inspiring and good networking!
The teacher had good way to teach and got the group involved thrue workshops.

With this course, I had perspective on the method of outdoor education and different practical cultures on a national and international level. ELA has implemented a successful program that blends theory and practice, making it easier for us to learn. Susanna the instructor was fantastic, she was very successful and made sure we could complete the course as an active participant at any time. The volunteers also supported us by being with us, informing us about the culture and providing guidance. It was a developmental, inspiring and learning experience.

In early November I completed a Game-based learning and gamification course at ELA. I got more than I expected! I am in awe of their training program and the trainer's professionalism! He seemed to enjoy his profession and knew well how to influence a diverse audience - through encouragement and empathy, and by applying an individual approach to each participant. His teaching methods and tools are innovative, modern, and fully adequate for learning in the Digital age and I think they are useful and effective in my daily work.
I am glad I was part of this great experience and I'm already planning to take part in another course organized by ELA.

You must improve the environment of training rooms for courses. They aren't impressive and suitable. Also I strongly advise you to create wall with logo of your organisation in order to take photos with sertificates in normal surrounding.

Positive points: Warm welcome, interesting cultural activities, complete support before, during and after the course and practical contents in a very complete program
Points to improve: the location of the hotel is great but the room for the classes is small and noisy

It is great to have non formal learning throw non formal lessons.

The courses were very interesting and adapted. The training was attentive and friendly.
Good atmosphere in the group that allowed us to express ourselves enormously orally and in writing.

Everything was perfect. At first I was worried because I was traveling alone for the first time. But everything exceeded my expectations. Everyone was so nice to me, everything was prepared for us. Course of outdoor education was great, our trainer Susanna was also amazing and has a special energy. Thank you. I hope I will come again soon.

A star is missing because of the accomodation: The hotel was substandard, rooms very loud and old, food really not good.

Overall i am very satisfied with the way the course was presented. It was very interesting. From the beginning up to the end there was a relaxed atmosphere. I think the introduction exercise helped to break the ice from the beginning. Furthermore the teacher was well informed about ELA and the course theory about emotional intelligence. He handled the course well by keeping a good balance between the theory and practical exercises. For me three successes of the training were the alternation between theory and practice, the personal examples the teacher gave during the course and the new relationships that were created between the participants. In this way we collected a beautiful and realistic material for our personal practice. I would recommend ELA, just as they did this time, to keep groups small (lets say up to a max of 12 participants). Small groups stimulate good interaction and relaxed (trust-based) conversations. This course has fulfilled two main goals. It has contributed sufficiently to my personal development in the field of emotional intelligence and it has given me tools, material and new ideas to bring into my daily practice as a coach and teacher. I am already looking forward to a follow-up course.

The content of the course was very well organized, the instructor was focused, helpful and enthusiastic, the group was utterly fantastic: open-minded, resourceful and sincerely involved in and committed to the theme: Greem Skills for Education.

The seminar is perfectly organized, it brings many innovations that I will be able to present to my colleagues and include in my lessons. The practical implementation of yoga is perfectly presented and suitable for all participants, even those who do not do sports every day. Course leader

I learned how to use outdoor education for personal, social and relational developmant.
Our teacher Isabel Martinez was professional and competent.

The content of the course, the methodology followed and the participants who were from different levels of education. The hospitality and organization of the company so that we feel comfortable.

A course about diversity in the classroom was great. I highly recommend it.
