Appointment made for the past

They posted a confirmation letter for an appointment on 20 April 2026. It said we have made an appointment for 17 April 2026. What planet post a letter to tell you to come three days ago.
When I called to fix it, the message says press 9 for English. I waited, then an answer, I asked the person do you speak English and her answer was NO.

Arrogant en onbeleefd

I give the Erasmus MC patient scheduling office exactly 1 star. I was impressed by their arrogance and incompetence. It is not possible to call directly for an appointment. You can only call them, and then they call you back at a time they announce themselves, without you having any influence on that, for example the next day at 10:00 a.m., even if you are at work, teaching or doing something else. They simply don't care. Furthermore, they didn't pick up my referral and canceled it, supposedly because I had moved abroad (not true). It also said that my phone number was incorrect, which is nonsense; they just didn't feel like calling back. A very sad situation.

Mensen die als robots werken (niet…

the employees work like a robot (not all of course) working with arrogance, what a shame. I had a bad experience this morning on a telephone call to the cardiology clinic. they were indifferent and did not help provide solutions to my husband. The prescription for medicines that should have been obtained from yesterday until today has not been written down at the pharmacy. When I asked the officer on the telephone for help to contact the pharmacy or doctor(cardioloog) so that my husband could get the medicine he should have gotten yesterday but unfortunately they didn't want to help. Finally, up to this moment my husband has not received the medicine. I thought people who work in hospitals have a compasionate heart and their main focus is the client's health. but unfortunately, in the generation Z era, "I don't care" is very normal.
