DEZE MELDING GAAT OVER ERATO AMSTERDAM.

Jurk besteld bij Erato Amsterdam. Retourvoorwaarden nagelezen voordat ik ging bestellen. Kon retour op eigen kosten, geen probleem. Dus besteld. Jurk was niet goed. Goedkope stof en viel niet mooi. Viel erg tegen. Dus retour aangemeld. Pas dan krijg je een retourformulier waarop blijkt dat het naar China moet worden teruggestuurd (dat verklaart ook de goedkope stof!) en dus veel te hoge retourkosten in verhouding tot de aanschaf. Ik ben nog bezig met deze mensen, maar het ziet er niet naar uit dat ik mijn geld terug ga krijgen. Overigens wel een melding gedaan en advies gevraagd bij ACM consuwijzer. De informatie over retourbeleid is onvolledig en misleidend. Ik bestelde bij Erato AMSTERDAM en verwacht dus ook dat mijn retour in Nederland verzonden kan worden.
