I would give a zero stars but that doesn’t exist. I am so outdone with ryobi batteries. I have a ryobi blower, trimmer, chainsaw, long pole trimmer, drills etc. I was throughly happy with those products but I can’t keep batteries. They only last about six months then start not to hold a charge. WORST batteries of all battery products. Yes I have purchased more batteries but I am over having to constantly replace batteries because they are a SORRY product.
I will start purchasing the Milwaukee products to replace my ryobi products.
I can’t believe a company wouldn’t make a more reliable product to keep their tools going.

My 14 year old Kenmore Elite, is working again
My 14 year old Kenmore Elite refrigerator/freezer had a broken ice maker. I contacted searspartsdirect.com and their data base did not recognize the model that I bought at Sears. After trying several websites and no luck dealing with AI, I called ereplacementparts.com. I spoke with Mary and she was most helpful. She made sure I was ordering the correct part and sent the ice maker assembly right away. It was delivered in 3 days by USPS. I work slowly and methodically and the repair took about 15 minutes. My ice maker is working now and I just wish I hadn’t waited 4 years to fix it. The price was comparable to an OEM replacement. There were other cheaper ice makers on Amazon that might have fit but they were not OEM replacement parts. The ice maker assembly was the exact replacement. I removed the defective ice maker from the ice maker and ice cube tub mounting board. The replacement fit like a glove. I was very happy that I chose ereplacementparts.com and bought the OEM.

Unhappy with shipping cost.
First of all I am very glad they had the two parts that I needed. I have been searching for them for a while and we couldn't find them finally after about 4 or 5 days I was able to locate the reports with e-replacement, I was excited. I wasn't excited about the shipping cost. I ship things and I know what things cost, I ordered two things that cost a total of $14 and some odd cents. When I went to finish ordering the shipping was put in and that was $14 and some odd cents. They are located in Georgia not overseas or not in Canada, a 1 lb item priority Mail is $8.01, a 3 lb item is $8.44 to ship, just 43 cents in the span of 2 lb. How on earth is a spring and a replacement spool going to even be over 1 lb and even if it is 2 lb or 3 lb which I know it will not be they're shipping is at least $6 more expensive than normal shipping. I did contact them after I made the order and let them know that being disabled retired and having to retired because I was hurt at work and I couldn't work any longer plus I'm a veteran, that maybe they could cut me some slack in the shipping amount. I mean to pay $14 in some sense for something and then have to pay the same for shipping, I did, but I think that's crazy. The last part we ordered which was the wrong part was delivered free. Respectfully David.
