Despite numerous emails and trying to get hold of them over the phone I have only had one response from a chat GPT bot on email saying to check junk/ spam folders which we have. Starting to think this website may be a scam so buyers beware!
Ordered a toddler pillow from them on the website. They have sent me a product that has clearly been opened. This is unhygienic, I don't know what it has been used for. They told me to claim it back from the courier but a piece of the packaging was inside the box and the seal has been removed.
Customer Service is terrible. They don't reply to emails in a timely fashion, if at all. They rarely answer their phone and when they do they say they will do something that they don't do.

We bought a 1.0 tog sleeping bag/swaddle for our baby and it was very good. So good in fact that when we wanted a second sleeping bag we just bought a another one in different colour. Very cute prints!
