While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

License expiration difficult to see

I've bought a license for SUPER Special Edition from Erightsoft.
Neither in the Website, or in the confirmation/invoice/license key emails I could read anything about an expiring date.
After 6 months the license has expired, and the software cannot be installed anymore.
After contacting the support asking about the expiration, they (unpolitely) answered me without text, just with some screen captures of the website where a tiny "Sales TOS" link was. Only there it can be seen that the license expires after 6 months, and not in the page where the price and features are shown.
In my opinion there is a clear intention of making it difficult for the potential buyer to notice.

Anyone can write a Trustpilot review. People who write reviews have ownership to edit or delete them at any time, and they’ll be displayed as long as an account is active.
