Extremt dålig kundservice, mattan försenad två dagar. När jag kontaktar kundservice via mail, är det mail som glömts att skickas om att transporten blir försenad och riktigt dålig attityd av kundservice via mailen. Rekommenderar inte detta företag för tvätt och kommer inte använda dom igen.
Eriksbergstvätten har totalförstört vår bäddmadrass. Den återlämnades genomblöt och var fuktig i en vecka, och madrassen kommer mögla. De har förstört silkes-yttyget på maddrassen med massor av hål.
Våra dun-kuddar kom tillbaka med hårda dun-klumpar som inte går att puffa upp.
