Avoid for repairs
The staff in the shop were lovely at Mcarthur Glenn - East Midlands. Myself and my family have been customers for over 15 years.
I had my diamond tennis bracelet from there and had to get it fixed there in January. It broke or dropped off while I was sat at my laptop but they are saying that I must have done it with force which I know I didn’t because I would have felt it. They said they are happy with their workmanship even if I’m not and they will fix it for another £56.
No thank you, Ernest Jones will not be receiving another penny from me ever again. I’m fuming!

Wouldn’t bother buying a diamond…
Wouldn’t bother buying a diamond engagement ring from Ernest Jones.
They are overpriced diamonds which have inclusions and are of a poor quality compared to what you can buy for the same money at proper diamond specialists.
If you want to buy a diamond of any sort avoid Ernest Jones as if you ever need to sell it you will barely be able to.
Find a supplier that allows you to chose diamond clarity, colour and fluorescence etc.

He allowed me to make my own mind and talked freely about each item. I left very happy with my choice, and the price I paid for it.
