I recently visited the Basingstoke store to purchase a pen for my husbands manager who was leaving after 30yrs service, the lady that looked after me was just simply one of the best customer service experiences I have had, the lady was very thorough, very knowledgeable, she was just simply an absolute credit to your company, I will most definitely now be using Ernest jones from this day forward,I have tried to find the ladies name on my receipt but unfortunately I can’t see one, I hope the lady remembers me as I feel

I ordered a ring paid a deposit set up finance then received an email from the finance company saying cancelled order. I finanally got an email from E Jones saying out of stock and my monies would be reimbursed in 3-5 days no call what a rubbish service my advice shop somewhere else no customer service no call no apology totally rubbish

The number of different styles to choose from is endless, I was after a birthday present for my dad when I stumbled across Ernest Jones and thought a nice watch would be perfect. I opted for a nice gorgeous silver Hugo Boss and although this being a well established brand, their prices were more than fair, just hope my dad likes it as much as I do!
I live in shaftesbury but travel all the way to the Basingstoke branch wherever I need anything just to see Kelly, she is always incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to give me the most amazing customer service and cater to my every need, always very welcoming and a pleasure, thank you Kelly I will ne back again soon

I should have given a 1 star given my experience with them but Kelly made me change my opinion with her customer orientation. I was promised the delivery of my watch post servicing in 2 weeks but it came back after 5 weeks with no communication whatsoever. When I went in to complain about their pathetic service, Kelly patiently listened and waived off the service charges thus ensuring that I remain her customer. I hope they learn.
I ordered a watch online which was confirmed by email shortly after the purchase. I also applied for finance which was agreed and confirmed. I paid a deposit and was led to believe that the item was available. The item was supposed to be delivered within a couple of days. After the date had lapsed and I had not received any information regarding the purchase, I contacted customer services. I was told that the item had gone to the Basingstoke branch. The advisor said she would check to find out why it had not been sent. I then received an email from the advisor informing me that the item was no longer available. I was extremely disappointed especially as I was led to believe that I had purchased the item. My other concern is that I had to contact customer services in order to find out what was happening. A very disappointing service and I will seriously think twice about purchasing from Ernest Jones again.

Really pleased with my ring which was a belated birthday present. I'd visited the store a few days before purchasing to try on a few different rings and the member of staff was really helpful. Going back on the Saturday with my husband it was really easy to make a final choice. I was also lucky enough to have chosen a style with 50% off so I got a gorgeous ring at a great price.
I am always confident if finding what I want in Ernest Jones... 😊
