Placed a order for a engagement ring at…
Placed a order for a engagement ring at the Ernst Jones bullring store, they assured me my ring would be ready within a week, a week later I got a call saying we have your ring, then I find out they ‘accidentally ordered the wrong size, due to a system error’ I then waited another week and then recieved a email saying the order has been cancelled, called the store and they told me to ignore it, as it’s again a system error, I had plans to propose in 2 days time, a day before I got a call saying the rings here come and collect.
I proposed and we had to go back to the store as the ring didn’t fit, we then found out they gave us the wrong size again!!! Then we got it re-sized which took over a week and now 2 days later one of the diamonds fell out! What a joke, we will be going to the store tommorow to see what they will do, absolute terrible experience the worst customer service from a supposedly reputable company, would never recommend these people.
