Excellent service
The gentleman that served me in The Birmingham Bullring store (possibly the manager) was really helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. He took the time to make sure I chose the right ring and when the size wasn't available he ordered one which was delivered two days later. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Great service from the staff at Ernest…
Great service from the staff at Ernest Jones in the Bullring.I managed to find the right Jewellery with the help of one of the store staff, who took me through sizing the ring etc and providing information as to the make and quality of the products.
