The Manager of the store, Darrell, couldn’t have been more helpful together with the rest of the staff there. The service that we received on choosing our purchases was excellent. We would highly recommend the Burton Store.

Ernest Jones Burton on Trent spoke to a young lady called Amy today who was incredibly polite and efficient in her role as a advisor..Amy went out of her way to order my stuff for me as I was struggling with the online evoucher. Nothing was to much trouble for her. It was very refreshing to have experienced such customer service and work ethic Amy is a credit to her branch. Thank you Amy for your service and I look forward to my items.

Wow. The Burton on Trent store really helped me purchase a new TAG watch. I had an insurance voucher for a lost TAG watch I bought back in the early 90’s. Everything was done over the phone. Amy was very helpful and called me back, as the initial call she made to me was not convenient at the time. “No problem” she said. She called me back when she said she would. Everything was very simple. Watch is on its way.

I went in to pick up a ring I had sent in for repair. Whilst browsing round the store the young girl was willing to show me bits and bobs I wanted to try on. She was extremely helpful to the extent that j found a ring that I liked and purchased it. Such service is hard to come by. She was a star

Went into purchase a gift for my mum from my dad,lady was really helpful and as my dad couldn’t come let me face time him and try the items on to show him,all the time offering advice,i use earnest jones on other occasions and the staff are always helpful.

I purchased 2 Tag Heuer watches an have brought several from the store in the past , on the day the staff who have always been very polite and helpful offered me 10% off the sale. The next day I saw offers of 15% of so was a little disappointed!
