The very helpful staff had ordered in for me a specific model of watch, they explained the full workings of the watch, very knowledgeable .
A good experience, no pressure selling and I came away very satisfied, my thanks to all involved

We were only visiting Chichester for lunch with friends but as I had previously lost my engagement ring, had ended up in E. J. just to see what they might have on offer as a replacement. Sude was such a sweet girl and SO helpful to me as an eighty year old. She ended up ordering a ring to be sent on approval to my local store, for me to see and organising an enhanced 20% reduction on price since this was the last day of that offer. I had actually arranged for a recommended jeweller to make a new ring for me, but in fact the EJ ring was even nicer than the online illustration and I have decided to buy this instead. I just wish some of my local E.J. shop assistants were as equally helpful and nice to deal with as this wonderful young girl. Thank you so very much Sude, you helped change my complete direction of thought and I wish so much that you were the one getting the credit for the sale.

Thoroughly disappointed with Ernest Jone Chichester. Visited the store 3 weeks ago to look for our wedding rings. After a while we made our choice and were told that the rings would have to be ordered in. A week later, we received a message to say they were in. When we visited the store a couple of days later, we were told that my partners ring was there, but mine had not yet been delivered. This was not a problem, as the store told us they would keep the ring until mine arrived and we could pay for them both together. We were advised this would be about a week, but someone would confirm. As we hadn’t heard anything we decided to visit the store today and were happy to find my ring had been delivered. But that’s when it all went wrong, when the assistant went to get my partners ring, he found that is was not there and advised that it was probably sold to someone else. He then told us he could get a replacement, but it would need to be resized! We were not happy with this. Then, to top it all off he did not know which ring it was. We were not able to advise as it is not longer showing on the website. For a store is is doing little to no business at the moment, you would think they would take greater care of the customers that do visit. Needless to say, we will not be returning to the store to buy any ring and EJ has lost a £1.5k sale.

Second luxury watch ordered from EJ in Chichester. Both times a superb experience.

Bought a Breitling a few years back and was in the market for the new Speedmaster Pro 2021. Although I live in Brighton I remember the experience I had with them compared to a couple of local Brighton purchases from other Authorised dealers in the interim (the Brighton Ernest Jones doesn't stock Omega, Breitling etc).

Great experience, reserved my watch, I popped down a week later, gave me a great deal, looked after me. What more can you ask for. Any future purchases if Ernest Jones in Chichester can sell me that model I will use them for sure, worth the extra few miles in the car.

I bought another luxury watch from Ernest Jones, namely the Omega Seamaster 300 Green Dial. My advisor Kimberley and the store manager Alex were incredible. This is the second time I ordered a luxury watch from Ernest Jones. Both times the experience was fantastic. It is worth noting that the aftercare service is also 5 star.

Hannah helped my wife and I with the resizing of an eternity ring. In addition, she helped us book in wedding rings and engagement ring for a polish. Really great rapport and interaction throughout the booking process and set expectations in terms of timescales and costs. Great customer service.

This is the second time I have dealt with Fern and each time has been fantastic. She is not at all pushy and makes you feel so very special she is credit to the company and I have already recommended her to my friends and family .

I brought a longines watch from earnest Jones for about 1280 . It was a watch for best and I had worn the watch about 12 times,in 18months.
The watch stopped working and probably needed a battery,,,I took it back and was told 95 pound for a new battery ,,,sounds expensive,,,but it's a good watch and I look after my things,,,earnest Jones sent my watch of ,,and after a few days I got a call from the people fixing my watch ,,they said it's not the battery but the movement and wanted 332 POUNDS TO REPLACE IT.
ALARM BELLS WERE RIÑGING IN MY HEAD ,,I SAID SEND IT BACK UNFIXED,,,THEY DID ,,,
I TOOK MY WATCH TO A GUY CALLED PAUL AT CHIMES IN COLCHESTER,,,IT JUST NEEDED A BATTERY FOR 35 POUNDS ,,,,,THAT'S NOT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION,,THAT'S A DISGRACE AND A RIP OFF ,,PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE HAVING YOUR WATCH FIXED BY THESE CLOWNS

Took two Chanel J12 watches in for new batteries and an assessment.
Resulting in both needing batteries and one needing some remedial work.
Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgable and said that the work will take upto six or seven weeks. In the end the work was completed in under three weeks.
Very impressed with the quality of service and work.

A very satisfying and rewarding shopping experience at the Chichester branch of Ernest Jones. The young lady sales assistant who had only started work at the branch in May, was very polite and experienced. She was very patient whilst we viewed a selection of gents rings, finally deciding on a very attractive and competitively priced Titanium design gents ring. The shop was spacious and inviting, COVID safe. Ample choice of great products. Some things just cannot be purchased over the internet. An excellent shopping experience.

The lady who served me at the Ernest Jones Chichester was very pleasant. She was friendly and very helpful and I made a purchase. I am really pleased with my Tag Heuer watch. Thank you.

Staff in your Chichester shop were all very friendly and helpful. In particular Stephen who went above and beyond to help me secure the watch I wanted, following the disappointment of finding my original choice simply wasn’t right for me as it didn’t sit well on my wrist. So an alternative choice was made and ordered for me to try on. Communication was great throughout and I found the service faultless.
The only downside was not being able to get the free watch winder which was advertised on the website, due to it not being available in store.

A very efficient and reliable service!
