Did not receive item or refund avoid at all costs
Did not receive item and still haven’t received refund, ordered 4th December was a gift for my husband for Christmas.
I rang Ernest jones 5 times and each time get a different story. They also provide limited tracking information, the courier they use is DX and are terrible. I have cameras luckily and On the day they said it was delivered a van comes half way up the street and drives off after not delivering anything. I phoned earnest jones they said it was delivered and asked what colour my door was (it’s black) they said it was delivered to a white door with the same number. They phoned through to DX and they advised it was delivered two streets away from me and they would go pick it up and deliver it. I also knocked on the door and they advised they hadn’t took in a parcel. Phoned Ernest back the next day they advised great news they spoke to DX and the watch wasn’t delivered and it’s at the depot at they will deliver it the same day. With still no watch the next day I call back and they call through to DX again. This time they denied saying it was at the depot and said it was delivered to the right address despite me being advised by Ernest it’s been delivered 2 streets away and the picture is of a different door. Ernest said they will issue a refund and investigate but told me they will not update me on the investigation as it’s internal. but still not recieved anything refund. Disgusting avoid at all cost
