The Young lady that served me was helpful but the actual shop and equipment in the shop was a let down. The shop is very tired and could do with renovating.

Disappointing Service
Purchased a bridal set for a 40th wedding anniversary gift on 21/8/23 both rings went back for resizeing one ring is back still waiting for the second ring. The staff are very pleasant Keira especially but I feel very disappointed with the time this has all taken and rather confused as to why I am still waiting. Unsure if I will make any future purchases at Ernest Jones.
