Spoke to the manager at the Hempstead Valley a Keely Oliver regarding an issue with my watch as it has gone faulty it cost me £725 and her attitude was absolutely disgusting... She was rude basically called me a liar on the phone and was basically really cocky... I could not believe her again disgusting attitude.. I am now going to take this watch back to Blue water as I do not want to speak to her again. She needs sacking as her customer care is beyond belief..
Will NEVER buy another item from Ernest Jones again!

It was quick to place my order & it’s given me 2 choices either to collect in store or for delivery. I’ve taken collect in store in 2 days amazing quick service. I would recommend this service to anyone thank you. 👍
We weren't able to find the product we wanted in store, for our Son's 21st birthday, but Keeley was extremely helpful and was able to find the item online and order into store for us. We have purchased many items over the past few years from this store, and always tend to ask for Keeley as she is always very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Her customer care is exceptional, and she always remembers our names. She is a great asset to this store.
We got my engagement ring from Ernest Jones. It was too big and needed to be resized. So, shop assistant measured my finger. Ring came back the size that the assistant told me I needed based on their ring measurer, but it is too big. The ring slides off my finger with no resistance. This is when they tell me 'oh it depends on the width of the band...'
But what they use to measure fingers with is far wider than the width off my ring. So my finger was never measured properly in the first place. They wont do anything about it except tell me to wait until the summer and see if my fingers swell up enough for it to fit. I can't wear the ring for fear of loosing it. Everyone I know can wear their rings all year round but I'm supposed to wait for the summer and hope for the best because my ring is from Ernest Jones.
Obviously we'll buy our wedding bands from a proper jeweller who can do their job properly.

My fiancé and I had been struggling to find a wedding ring but when we entered the shop we just knew we had come to the right place. Maria and Keeley could not have been more helpful and soon found us the perfect ring that fits just right. Thank you so much ladies!
