The ladies in the Hanley branch were very welcoming and very understanding about what had happened and offered an exchange.

I took my watch in with a broken strap and was seen straight away, repaired in minutes and dealt with by the manager who was really friendly and accommodating. All with no charge.
Our assistant was Georgia who was always very helpful, knowledgeable and very patient with us ! Georgia made us feel very welcome and helped us make our purchase .

I just want to say how grateful I am to Jane the store manager for her outstanding customer service. On returning a faulty watch of my daughters that we purchased for a special occasion Jane went out of her way to get a replacement for us . I bought an Engagement ring from the Ernest Jones Hanley branch back at the end of July. After proposing on the 30th September my fiancé said the ring was slightly too big, so this was sent off for resizing at no extra cost. We then encountered a couple of issues once it was returned, with a stone falling out of the outer ring and the main amethyst stone being slightly loose. After emailing the store, Adam, one of the managers, came back straight away apologising and said he would organise for a replacement to be sorted ASAP. True to his word this was arranged and all sorted within a week.
I’ve given 4 stars based on the issues we’ve had with the ring, but Adam certainly deserves a 5 star rating!
