Popped in to buy another watch, and to have a nice chat to zoe and jane in your jersey channel islands shop, as usual nothing was too much trouble and with their expert advice and knowledge i had chosen my watch and jane kindly adjusted the bracelet to make sure it was a nice comfy fit, and this adjustment was done free of charge. So i wouldn't hesitate to buy another item from Ernest Jones, there is a huge choice onsale and it's always a pleasure to visit your shop, and a big thank you to Zoe and Jane for all their help, Best regards from jeff.

Staff were very professional
