I think the staff are brilliant at what they do. - Ernest Jones Leamington Spa - Royal Priors.
I don't think they are well supported though, there was a queue and people having to wait and only 2 of the staff, being extremely polite and repeatedly apologising. I would suggest ensuring you have adequate cover and people on the shop floor to help ease problems as some people left because staff were busy with those who were inside already and you may have missed a couple of customers who went to the other shop opposite. I have always shopped with Ernest Jones and this is my 4th or 5th purchase.
Staff at the shop are lovely, take time, don't pressurise people and happy to help and show stuff and order things in if not available.
Also i am very grateful that you do the NHS discount, this is quite a lovely gesture for all hard working NHS staff.
