Bought a white gold ring wedding ring. Sadly within a short time it discoloured. Ralph the store manager sorted it all out we exchanged for a platinum band paying the extra, Ralph gave excellent customer service.

My husband purchased an opal / diamond ring for my 60th birthday after 18 months the opal has fallen out and is lost. It was hardly worn. Having viewed the website I now see that 6 other people who bought a similar opal ring have s lost the opal. There is obviously a flaw in the way the ring is made. There is no redress so they should be removed from sale

Laura was absolutely brilliant. My husband and I came in to look for a new eternity ring to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Laura helped us choose the perfect ring. There was no hard sell, she listened to what I wanted and she delivered. Thanks Laura for everything

I purchased a £1,700 engagement ring from Ernest Jones Liverpool Parker Street, expecting a seamless experience. While the initial staff were helpful, collecting the ring from the Liverpool One branch was problematic. The staff initially couldn’t locate my order and only found it after I insisted. The ring was handed to me in a box without any protective packaging, and the promised diamond certification was missing. When I attempted to return the ring at the Liverpool One store, I was told to go back to Parker Street, despite company policy allowing returns at any branch. The manager Ralph at Liverpool One was defensive of my concerns. Fortunately, the Parker Street team handled the return professionally. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend the Liverpool One branch for such significant purchases. I will be submitting a formal complaint to Ernest Jones regarding this matter.

My husband had wanted to buy me a new engagement ring for a very long time. After looking for a while I found a beautiful ring in the liverpool store. Unfortunately it wasn’t available in my size. We were served by the lovely Claire, who said it wasn’t an issue for it to be resized. It was the Christmas period so would probably take longer than usual. Claire was so helpful we decided to buy a new platinum wedding band to match the engagement ring. Wonderful service. The wedding band was ordered & the engagement ring sent for resizing. A couple of weeks later I got call asking when I was coming in to collect my wedding band. I didn’t know it was in store but told the staff member I was waiting for my other ring that was being resized to come in so I would collect together.
A few days later I got a message to say my ring was ready for collection.
I was so excited to go into store to get my rings, but sadly it was spoilt by the total lack of interest from the lady who served me. ( not the same person who had helped first time ) She brought both rings out in clear bags. I tried both on to check they were ok. She printed my collection receipts then asked did I need a box/ bag . We had spent a lot of money on 2 rings. I would have expected them to be in boxes and given to us with the same care and enthusiasm as we were shown when taking our money. But instead I was given a little cheap box and bag to put my old wedding & engagement rings in, then left the store feeling really flat. Totally spoilt my experience. I had intended to purchase another ring but decided to leave it until another time.
Beautiful jewellery in the store. Lovely staff when making a purchase, shame it was spoilt on collection.

My husband bought me an expensive watch from the Liverpool branch, for Christmas.
Upon opening it, the watch battery was dead/or watch not working at all.
I don't expect that from a quality watch!!
When I found out that a battery replacement and reseal would cost £66, I asked my husband to return it, as was within the 30 day return period.
My husband returned it, and refund given no problem.
However, no apology given, just miserable faces.
Lousy buying experience.

Wonderful experience in one of the Liverpool stores! Tracy was absolutely wonderful and couldn’t have been any better at helping us to choose a watch for my fiancé. Highly recommend!

Went into Ernest Jones Liverpool today to get a watch repaired. Turned out it only needed a pin! A lovely gentleman Ralph got the pin and fixed the watch there and then. The service there and the staff are outstanding!

I've now bought 3 watches from Ernest Jones and each time the customer service has been top class. Each time I've needed a strap adjustment and each time it was carried out perfectly without charge in store. Each staff member I've dealt with has been a credit to the company.

My husband and I went shopping for a new engagement ring and a watch for my husband. We were served by a lovely gent in your Liverpool store who gave us full attention, listening to what we where looking for. We chose the watch, then it was ring time. He brought lots of rings of styles I was asking for as well as alternatives. We eventually chose the ring AND a new wedding ring to match it. We are extremely pleased with our purchases. I can’t wait for our 30th anniversary on 6th July to start wearing them and show them off
