I bought an Omega Speedmaster in your Manchester shop last week and the whole buying experience was fantastic - the showroom decor of the Omega boutique was excellent and your assistant Bella was very knowledgeable about the Omega watch range. I am extremely satisfied with my new watch and have no hesitation buying from you in the future.
Apart from a glitch with the delivery and the rate of discount I obtained, everything was great

Maryam and the team always make us feel welcome, excellent knowledge on everything in the shop. Amazing service and always happy to change the strap over on my watches. Even cleaning your jewellery whist your having a coffee. What’s not to love.

I would like to particularly highlight the excellent service of Tom and Akash.
We originally visited the shop last week to have a neck chain of my wifes altered.
They made a very good job but this review relates to a subsequent purchase of a Rado watch for me.
The two gentleman were very helpful but never pushy.
We returned this week and purchased the watch which was in a temporary sale.
We were offered a complimentary drink whilst a link was removed from the watch strap.
The two individuals were very professional and knowledgeable, and we decided to buy the watch.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Ernest Jones Manchester to family and friends. Indeed it would be our first port of call for future jewellery/watch purchases.

I bought 3 watches from Ernest Jones in Manchester, St Annes Square in July 2021 and was served by Fed. The buying experience really was second to none and Fed looked after me from start to finish. He was very knowledgable and great to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and even once the sale was made the after sales care was fantastic. I will definitely be back!

My fiancé and I went in looking for her engagement ring.

Every person we spoke with was helpful and very polite.

They served us drinks and made us feel very welcome.

The service compare to the many other stores we went to was a lot better.

I would definitely recommend people this shop, it may have flaws, but the people there know what they are talking about.

I went to the Omega boutique to buy my first luxury watch, and I was overwhelmed with the quality of the service in store. Savas was friendly, informative, and impartial in his quest to deliver the perfect customer experience. Myself and a friend browsed a few watches, before I landed on the Seamaster 600m (which I had my eyes on from the start). We were offered complimentary beers and had some great conversations whilst I went through the buying procedure. I was offered an additional strap and can’t wait to get back to pick it up. I will be back and don’t be surprised if 2-3 friends come with me!

Really good personal service at St Ann Street, Manchester branch. My wife is delighted with her bracelet. Would recommend this shop.

Dealt with Marianne from st Anne’s in Manchester, firstly over the telephone then went to visit the store , superb service , very helpful and informative,and felt at ease with no hard sell, all the staff were very welcoming and we would definitely use the shop again even though we live over a hours drive away .

Great team at the Breitling boutique in St Anne’s Square Manchester. Made to feel totally at home and provided excellent customer service - nothing was too much trouble for the guy’s there. Would highly recommend them!!
