Came in to store to look for an engameny ring and was approached by Lorraine. Who was wonderful. She gave me great insights into what’s available and I happened decide right then and there what I wanted. She did everything quickly and smoothly and was very accommodating.

Great customer service, we were served by Elisha who was brilliant, very Knowledgeable and friendly and gave us the time to consider our purchase, great selection of watches at competitive prices keep up the good work.

Called into store at elgon Square, brilliant service from Vicky she made us feel valued customers.

I would like to leave a compliment for Lorraine and her managers at your Newcastle upon Tyne Eldon Square. She served me today and was very friendly and understood my need to view and handle an item. She offered to hold it for me to give me some thinking time rather than making a rash purchase. This worked well as giving it further thought and holding the object I went ahead with the purchase. Do not underestimate the use of stores for this. Most of your competitors did not have the item and directed me to buy online! That is why our shops are closing. Thanks again Lorraine I will definitely be shopping for other items in this store.

We went in to get watch sent off for battery, we ended up buying diamond ring all staff encountered were excellent we all had some humour and a bottle prosecco. It reminded us of memories in St Marrten banter

Perfect service!!! I had been looking to purchase a bridal set without success for almost a month. After finally finding what i was wanting there were a couple of queries i had and at first i contacted the online service. This unfortunately was terrible and thet did not provide any help or solutions to assist me. Despite this i contacted the shop in Eldon Square and spoke to your staff member Elisha and a manager Vicky. They have completely deemed the poor service experienced via the online service. Both have shown understanding and a willingness to find solutions to my queries. The main one being around the returns/exchange policy as my plan to ask my partner wouldn't be until after the standard 30days and would be roughly 2months longer. Elisha and Vicky were able to amend the purchase that would allow me to purchase now but not be penalised by not asking until after the usual returns timescales. They were able to agree that upon asking (and hopefully saying yes) if my partner wanted the return/exchange this would be allowed.

This level of customer service needs to be recognised as outstanding!! From the moment i first called to finally attending the shop to finalise the sale. Elisha and Vicky i thank you for all your help and working with me to get things set up just right. Safe to say that if all goes to plan i will be returning to the shop and asking for you both when it comes to picking a ring for myself.

Buying an engagement ring for my now fiance, I mentioned what I was potentially looking for and was promptly found the perfect ring. There was no pressure to buy or 'sales' talk, just given all the right info etc.

Went in too buy a rose gold watch the assistant was very helpful I must have tried on already three nothing was too much trouble and she helped me to decide which one look the best glad she did as I really love my watch and it look smart on my wrist

The staff are really lovely at Ernest Jones Eldon Square, Newcastle. My husband could not set his watch properly so your kind assistant set it for him. I collected my watch which had been away for servicing and new battery and I am pleased to have it back on my wrist. Nothing at all is a problem at your store. We think it was Julie who helped with his watch. All the staff are wonderful and you are met with warmth and kindness.
