We popped in to the store to look at jewellery, Heather greeted us and lovely and chatty from the get go! I purchased a ring and had to get it delivered as we live far away, the process was easy and she even called to say it had been posted, she enclosed a lovely note too . 10/10 for customer service. She really is a great asset to your company . We will be back again to purchase other items soon. Thank you again Heather.

I was having troubles with my engagement ring, due to the design the diamonds kept coming loose. I was dealt with every time with respect and understanding. Upon the third time of this issue they completely exchanged it and I received the best customer service from the whole team. They went out of their way to communicate with each other ensuring there was no missed information and helped me to choose another ring that felt perfect. The best customer service isn't how you are treated when everything is going well, it's how you are treated when things went wrong. 100% happy customer

Been twice recently in the Perth store and was served very professionally. The first occasion was served by Connor, very helpful and friendly. They didn't have a watch I wanted to buy so he ordered from another store and I purchased some earrings that day

Had bought chain with pendant previously and wanted matching earrings so returned and there were several to choose from at competitive prices. Helpful staff and not hassled to buy but given time to choose. Happy with purchase.

We were visiting Perth for a few days from Liverpool and had seen a lovely watch in the window the day before. This was bought for an anniversary present for my wife. The member of staff was extremely helpful and seemed genuinely interested in why we were making the purchase. My only criticism would be that initially only one member of staff was on the shop floor and was already engaged with another customer. It then took several minutes before another member of staff appeared to assist us. However, this did not detract from the service we then received.

Saw item online and went to store to view it. They didn’t have item in store but kindly ordered it for me to view. Arrived in few days and lady in shop polished it for me so that it was in perfect condition. Purchased item and also another item in store.
Been numerous times to this store and staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
I would highly recommend this store

I did a click and collect on a lady's watch for my wife's birthday. Everything worked faultlessly. My wife had to take the watch back for adjustment to the bracelet and said the staff member she dealt with was delightful. Can't fault anything about the service we received.

Perth Store
We asked to look at the wedding rings and the lady who let us in guided us to where the rings were. She allowed is time to look at the rings and make a choice on which ones we liked .
They did not have the ring I liked . She was able to get size from another store.
We had excellent service from the staff in. Well mannered and able to answer any questions .
We waited just over a week for our Rings to come into the store .
