Used the Peterborough store for a repair extremely rude and the supervisor is quite condescending and personally I felt enjoys embarrassing people with his attitude. I would never ever recommend this company or this store. The watch wasn’t repaired and yet another independent jeweller has repaired it with a guarantee.

Excellent customer service
Not only did we receive first class customer service whilst choosing a wedding ring but the lady who served us actually listened to what I wanted and found my dream ring. We had ordered 2 via online during lockdown but these just weren't right. They were exchanged easily. I also sent my engagement ring to be rhodium plated again. Once my ring was returned to store they rang me to say this wasn't up to their standard and would like to send it back.
Fabulous service and amazing staff. Will not be going anywhere else again.
