The staff was very helpful i only wish that the store in west quay waited till after christmas before it closed as i cannot buy a surprise gift now

Kept waiting for ages inside shop with assistants walking past and even coming into the counter we were stood at waiting, they never said anything to us and walked over to another counter were all the staff were stood. It would have been nice if they said were busy but will be with you as soon as possible but nothing was said. If it wasn’t for the necklace my daughter wanted I would have walked out. In fact I was going to give it a few minutes more and I would have just left if someone didn’t come over.

The ladies there were really nice and friendly, they shouted me different. The Southampton’s branch had amazing customer service and they did not judge us because we were college students.

Friendly but not pushy (like another jeweller we visited). The salesperson was very explanatory about diamonds and their certificates. I purchased a diamond engagement ring and was really happy with the whole process at Earnest Jones. Top marks!
