Excellent Service!
Very satisfied with all aspects of service from Ernest Jones. I ordered an amethyst and diamond ring for a 50th present via the online service. It arrived within a few days and I was kept up to date regarding the delivery from start to finish. Unfortunately the ring was too small so I ordered a larger size, online again. I returned the unwanted one to my nearest shop at Merry Hill and they were very helpful and gave me a complete no quibble refund because I had returned it within the 30 days. They even told me that they could adjust the second ring I had bought by 1 size free of charge but it was best to come in with my sister in law so she could be correctly sized as they didn't have the size she required in stock. Excellent service.
