ERS understood my problem and was quick to solve it.

Sharing appreciation for the company ERS. Admittedly I made a mistake with my claim in the beginning. However, after speaking with a wonderful colleague (J) she really listened and understood the predicament I was in. She was knowledgeable, warm, kind and a tremendous help throughout. They say you can’t find the staff well she’s definitely a keeper.

Lilly was really calm and helpful. She explained the process well, and I felt confident all would be OK.

We wanted to think about one of the options so she gave us time to think about it, then we rang her department back.
