I returned an item which they confirmed received and that refund has been made so I should expect it within 48-72hours. It's been over a week and no money received. I reported through the site and they didn't even bother to reply, very very poor.

Such a terrible company. Ridiculous fee if you wanna return an item back, and it's not openly communicated before purchasing an item.
I purchased an item on August 16th 2025, and I sent the return back on 02.09.2025. Somehow, the delivery still hasn't reached out to their address - so I still haven't been able to get my refund back. Meanwhile they charged me already, and no status whatsoever about my refund. I hope I will be able to get my money back. I think the delivery company just lost the package, and I'm afraid that they won't send my refund back, as if it's my fault. It's such a terrible experience.

I bought in an spanish online store two pairs of Levi's® XX Chino Standard Taper Pants in blue and beige, size 32/30, and I paid €123.99. I paid €5.99 for shipping to Portugal.
Few days after, they informed me that the beige pants were out of stock and that they would only send the blue ones. When I knew this situation, I informed promptly, telling them not to send the blue pants, saying that if they didn't have both, I didn't want to receive either. After that, the store sent the pants anyway, and upon delivery, I refused to accept them.
To my surprise, I paid €123.98 and they refunded me €112.01. Therefore, the store charged me €5.99 twice (2 x €5.99 = €11.98). I wrote to them and complained, but they acted dismissive.
I felt robbed by this store. This is not fair.

They sent me the incorrect size. Delivery took weeks. I returned the shoes immediately but it took almost a month for them to refund me. This is completely unacceptable. In today's world, delivery times and refund times should be within 1-2 days, not months. The communication is also awful, with slow rates of reply. I will never use this company again.

The delivery was fine, not too fast, not too slow. The shoes were 0,5cm smaller than the one ordered from original brand website even though the sizes were same on the label. It is too hard to send the product back. I try to contact via Email since 3-4 days. No answer, no sticker in the box for easy refund. I will definitely stay away from Esdemarca or any strange websites. I will always pay extra and buy somewhere known instead of living this stress.

I bought some Birkenstocks, and unfortunately they didn't fit. Immediately after receiving the item I requested a return. An automated message said I would get a reply within 24 hours, but that didn't happen.
I have tried contacting them several times, and tried requesting a return. For a whole month I've tried but haven't gotten an answer. Direct messages to their e-mail brings no response either, only a referral to their website to fill out a request form - which I have tried many times of course.

I recently bought a pair of shoes from Esdemarca. The delivery was fine, but the color looked different from what I expected (it’s not easy to judge from the photos online). I considered returning them, but the return shipping cost would have been 119.03 DKK (around €16).
It’s basically a trap: if you don’t like what you get, you’ll lose a big chunk of your money just to send it back. I decided not to return mine because it’s simply not worth the cost. My advice? Avoid buying unless you’re absolutely sure — or be ready to overpay for returns.

Ordered sandals 171862 natural. They arrived. I wore. Upper parted from sole unit 30 minutes later. I could not get a response from esdemarca. Customer service Emails bounced back. Cost to return was 25 euro. Disaster
