Five out of five stars

- Tells you when you've downloaded a file with suspected harmful code embedded in and removes it
- Prompts you to choose a built in ESET secure browser to safely execute paysite credit transfer when shopping/ordering online and when you attempt to reach your online banking website
- Different modes for ensuring optimal user experience (ie gaming mode)
- Large amounts of options, even more when you're entering advanced mode
- Plug and play' mechanism after fresh install
- Frequent program updates
- Frequent antivirus database updates

Personally I haven't been using all of the features. During this review I found out ESET Internet Security also houses a Connected Home Monitor which scans the network for connected devices. Just found out there's a device connected to my network that I don't use..
Furthermore I found out there's a drag and drop mechanism where you apparently can drop files into for scanning purposes.

I have used this product for over three years. I don't want to use any other internet security / antivirus ever again.
No I'm no employee or affiliated with ESET in any way. Just a huge fan and greatly satisfied customer.

Solid 5/7

ESET is a great way to secure your device with multiple options (internet, theft, malware, etc) in different packages you can buy. In my case, with a 5 year old laptop, the only problem I have with this program, is that it slows the reboot time (start up) with a few minutes. Furthermore it is able to work perfectly (quiet) in the background. Also an extra gaming option to completely stop work in the background, which is perfect. Love it.

Happy to renew licence.

I've used this product for a year now and am very happy with it. Renewal was straightforward, quick and the cost was no problem. Chances are that I'll renew again next year.

I live in New Zealand

I live in New Zealand - originally I am from Holland - and for the last few years my Dutch friend has been providing me with ESET anti- virus for my computer. This was my first time buying it myself online. The process of renewing my anti- virus was easy, just following the prompts it was installed within minutes, and the cost was taken off my account in NZD. Thanks for the great service, will use your service again in the future.
