VERY FRAUDULENT They advertised a 30% stire wide sale and gave a discount code of HOORAY30 I entered the discount code but they vever honored the discount. PAYPAL has no phone number or contact information for them. They do not accept any credit cards directly because processing the transaction though PAYPAL protects them against revealing their contact information and having the payment disputed on the credit card. This is why i dislike PAYPAL. They are effectively supporting fraudulent vendors by protecting them from the normal credit card dispute process. Cy

Terrible Company!

Product was terrible, their "Support is the worst. They did not reply for over 2 weeks to any email and then every reply was basically "We can not help you".

No way to dispute, no refunds, no returns. Terrible company.

I bought a phone holder/charger and it was not fit for purpose. I wrote to them showing them the problem with photos, and received one email back, March 14th, and then haven't heard another word. I can not recommend this company.

It took almost 2 months to get item I ordered to get delivered and then I found they shipped the wrong item. Then there’s no easy way to return it back. No response when I ask to return an item. These jerks are the worst. Don’t ever buy anything from these scam bags.

One is too many stars for these jerks. They sell crap from China and refuse refunds. They operate under many different names as well. They mainly sell on Facebook.

Glad I checked the reviews before I placed my order; I don't order a toothpick without checking... saves a lot of mistakes!

I ordered a few items from this company with foundation being one of them. It took over two months for me to receive my item and that was after me harassing them via email to find out what was going on with my order. Once my order arrived, they sent me the worn color foundation. I ordered the nice color and they gave me porcelain which couldn’t be further from my skin color and the item is garbage. It not worth the aggravation and money to even attempt to get a refund and the right item given to me. By the time I’d received it, it’s take me a half year before I got what I’d ordered to begin with. STAY AWAY!!!!

Have not received my order from months ago. TOTAL SCAM!!! Wish I'd seen these reviews 1st.

I ordered three items from this company over 9 weeks ago. They gave me a fake shipping number. I've emailed them so many times. I went and commented on their Facebook page and they delete the comment and then they blocked me. They're never going to send me these items. Fortunately my dispute with PayPal went in my favor.. I thought it was important that I write this review because I see so many people commenting on there videos and pages.

Horribly unprofessional, will not answer emails except with the same canned response every time. Most of the time you never receive what you ordered and have to go file a dispute with your credit card company to get your money back. Buyer beware - do not do business with them!

I wouldn't give this company any stars, but that's not possible. Ordered a "miracle" cleaner from an ad on Facebook. When I received it, it was a pill that you dropped in to water and made a windex like product. Total scam, but didn't think much of it. I ordered GPS pet trackers, again from an ad on Facebook, not realizing it was the same company. Took 5 weeks to arrive and it didn't work! They did not respond to ANY emails so I filed a dispute with PayPal. I had to send the item back to China (Hong Kong) and awaiting a decision. Here's what I have learned in the last month: Storm Media is a "holding" company that filters the transactions. Esfranki is one of a number of companies, all peddling the same garbage. Since it's out of China it is hard to return or get any response. PayPal has over 48 pages of complaints about Storm Media and yet still handles transactions for them. I found out the tracking number they supply you with (if you are lucky enough to get one) is actually a customs tracking number. Good luck trying to figure out how to track! From all the information and complaints that I have seen, here and on both PayPal and Facebook, I will never purchase off a Facebook ad again. While Esfranki states "100% satisfaction guarantee", "30 day return policy" "easy returns" don't hold your breath waiting. PayPal really seems disinterested in helping people (outside of eBay transactions) so I am rethinking my relationship with them as well. In the future, I am sticking with eBay or Amazon. There is a page on Facebook titled "Esfranki Storm Media Scam" that you can join up and share with others your experience. There are A LOT of dissatisfied customers.

!!!!!!!!DO NOT ORDER FROM ESFRANKI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!There is no phone number to call, only email. Ordered March 10, and added one item to order March 11th. I have not received either item, but received an email congratulating me on receiving my shipment. No tracking number was ever given. No response to email. I really need to stop ordering things off FB advertising without first vetting them! Don't order when tired, or drinking! FB should have some way to block these bogus companies from selling to their members. Come on Mr. Zuckerberg, what can you do to stop these types of companies from robbing your members? Hoping I still receive these items, but even if I do, I get the feeling they are cheap so who knows. I will probably put in a claim with my bank to try and recoup the money I spent, but not sure if they will help or not......DO NOT ORDER FROM ESFRANKI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very disappointed in the customer service, or lack of....if you are overseas, China, etc, that is fine and I understand the wait for my product, but don't email me without confirming I've actually received the product!

I also still witing for my pet gps collars since february, this company is a total scam.

Don't buy from here if you want great customer service. I ordered a GPS dog tracker, it took over a month to arrive, when it did they had sent the wrong colour. I contacted the site stating this, they replied saying you have recieved this item here is the proof of receipt. They didn't bother reading what my problem was! I emailed them again stating that I wasn't disputing the fact that I hadn't received the item, merely that I had received the wrong colour... they didn't reply. I escalated this with PayPal. They eventually responded saying if I returned the item they would refund me... returned the item to China! At my expense when they have made the mistake.... Shocking!!!!

Horrible customer service and company! Placed order 2-5-19 received email that it was shipped 2-17-19 but have still not received the items ordered. My account was charged for the items right away. Contacted customer service March 22nd informed they would look into it and responded that they found the order didn’t understand why it was still in transit and get back to me—which they haven’t done. I emailed them a few times asking for someone to call me and then requested a refund. Have not heard anything and have not received a refund.
This company is a scam—-DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

The videos they use to advertise their products are bogus. After contacting them they asked for a video to prove the item doesn't work like in their video, which I sent! And then never heard back from them. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

Actually, this company doesn't even deserve a 1 star. Purchase made in January. No delivery yet, no response to emails. I will take out a dispute, but don't know if that will be successful. Don't buy from this company, ever!
