Bad customer service !!

what i bought got broken and E-shoes were only willing to give me a refund, which in my case it was NOT helpful because i bought it on sales which means that with that amount i was not able to replace it.

They had the possibility of sending me a new model which was the closest to what i bought but they didn't want to make a happy customer (or they didn't want to loose the profit on the sale of a new item?), i guess they prefer an angry customer that will write a bad review here. very smart!?
it was not my fault they didnt have the same item available,
It was not my fault that the item was broken BUT STILL Iam the one loosing here....fair??

Tak for din henvendelse. Vi har tilbudt dig at du kunne købe en anden vare til samme pris eller at vi ville reparere frakken omkostningsfrit for dig, men begge muligheder valgte du fra. Istedet fandt du en frakke du synes lignede den du havde fra en anden webshob til fuld pris. Det var en helt anden frakke. Den frakke du købte fra os fik du med 50% rabat, den er udgået for flere år siden og desværre var vi ikke i stand til at erstatte med den samme vare. Vi har gjort hvad vi kunne for at imødekomme dig.

Satisfied at first, but alittle disappointed now.

Well I ordered a pair of shoes, which came in good time. Then they were too small, so I had them sent back in. I spoke to a woman over customer services how that would works. She told me to order a new pair, and just send the others back in and my money would be refunded from the new shoes I bought.
Of course that was too difficult for your online shop to handle and you sent me a new pair to replace the smaller sizes that I sent back to you, and ontop of that, you sent me another pair! That means, you're not going to refund me until I send the other pair back which I haven't done because I have long hour work shifts. On top of that, it has really complicated my rent because I now don't have money for it since i'm down 1100kr which you haven't refunded me. So hopefully after work tomorrow, i'll have just enough time to run to the GLS store and return the extra pair before they close. Essentially I have to go out of my way to clean up your mess. Not going to lie, other online stores would give me some benefits for their mistake. Anyways, it's not the biggest problem, it's just a little annoying! :)

I am sorry this is how you see the case. I recall suggesting you to place a new order so you wouldn't have to wait for your exchange and when we received your return we would refund you right away. And yes it is true we did not see this when your return came in and we sent you another pair. However we did refund you for your return and I recall writing you that you should not pick up the extra pair of shoes we by mistake sent you,since I could see you had not picked up the parcel yet. Alltogether I hope it is a question of misunderstandment and we hope to see you again soon.
