They did not published the review...UPDATED: after discussion we made things clear
They did not published the same review that is on trustpilot claiming that it's not coherent with the text:
Here is what I got: "Ci dispiace, non abbiamo potuto pubblicare la tua
recensione poiché la valutazione espressa in stelline non risulta coerente con il relativo contenuto testuale."
My text was about not having received a product and the evaluation was 1 star. I don't understand the ratio: shall I review a possible scam site with more than 1 star?
UPDATE: 1->2 stars. I'm glad to have someone answering not from a no-reply email (which is why I find trustpilot a 5 stars website. May I suggest you to put a reply-to address instead of noreply in your emails so to show willingness to have a discussion. I was not able to contact you replying to your email I guess).
I'd be curious to know what would be a fair rating in your idea for a supposed scammer with nice manners and nice website. In my view this should not be more than 1 because most of the people overlook quickly the ranking and the mean of payed ranks with real ones should weight properly.
UPDATE 2 misunderstandings happen so I'm glad it's clearer now and I update to 4* because of the willingness to make things straight which is the most important thing to a consumer. Still my suggestion is valid: having a "reply to" address would benefit the users who are worried of having being victims of fraud (and seeing everything bad, also your useful website).
thanks
