I ordered yesterday morning, it was shipped around lunch time and it arrived today. The item was shipped directly from Switzerland and was sent via A-Priority. Very satisfactory.

Have had trouble getting a screen protector that worked with my phone. The lady who I was in contact with went out of her way to help me find a good model that would fit my phone.

In general all good. My order was slightly delayed, but I received it eventually.
The only thing is that could be improved is communication. E.g. I would feel better if I received an email from the company saying "You're order is delayed, you can expect it on .......".
No problems with the quality of the products or with the customer service.

SSD Adapter gestern Abend bestellt, heute Morgen im Briefkasten (mit langsamster Lieferoption). Top. Zu bemängeln ist einzig dass angeboten wird, eine Bewertung im Gegenzug für einen 5.- Gutschein zu hinterlassen. Mag ich nicht ganz, aber das Angebot drängt nicht zu einer Positiven Bewertung, kann man also problemlos vergeben.

Edit: Produkt (ssd adapter für macbook) heute verbaut, funktioniert tadellos.

Very fast delivery!

Since 26 days my order is still "in bearbeitung". I have request cancellation which was refused because that would require "too much effort", but after 2 weeks and many mails they answered to me, and apparently accepted to cancel the order. I am still waiting for more than a week, and nothing happened. I have send every two days a reminder(from the moment when I decided to cancel the order) for cancellation and of course they didn't answered. I have now no goods that I have paid for, no money, no answer. I plan to go the their Head Office to make some noise there. I write in English so that everybody can understand how bad the decision to buy from esons can be.

I have paid them to make me stress. Thank you, I will complain also to authorities.
