I had some issues with eSources. Initially their customer service was poor, but then it got escalated to Priya. SHE IS AWESOME!
Unfortunately, I couldn't carry on my membership, but just because of their customer service, I am really considering another go. There is just so much in that directory, so many opportunities.

Have unsubscribed from their emails multiple times, have emailed telling them to stop sending them but they keep coming.
I would like to clarify as this issue has now been resolved but it took a negative review to do it which is disappointing. I clicked unsubscribe from their emails multiple times, each time the confirmation page came up saying my account was closed but the emails didn't stop, well hopefully they will now!
Further updating this review as I have been asked on a weekly basis by Esources to remove this review, even after Trustpilot got involved and said the review was valid they still continue to email me on a regular basis asking me to remove it.
I was contacted by them so many times through my website contact page that I had my developer block their IP address so emails just don't reach me anymore but I still keep getting messaged through Trustpilot. I really wish I was kidding. This is ridiculous, they're doing everything they can to get me to remove this review so I told them if they didn't stop contacting me I would post copies of the correspondence which is why I'm updating again now because I will do that if it continues. Guess what? I don't think a 1 star review is a bad thing, it's how you respond to that review that shows a companies true worth and boy have they shown their true colours. As a business owner myself, I would NEVER ask a customer to remove or change their review. No-one believes all 5 star reviews anyway!
Interestingly I've seen other poor reviews come and go from Esources, guess they manage to ultimately get other people to remove their reviews but not me guys. Not me.
Updating again - so I've just received some online 1 star reviews for my business from random people who I've not done business with, coincidence? You decide I know what I think. Regardless, I am allowed to have an opinion and any chance of me changing my review to a 3 (which is what I was considering doing as the problem was resolved) has gone out the window, only wish I could give zero stars because the customer service has been appalling. I really wish they would put as much effort into their customer service as they have into having this review removed
Just for the record if you think my original review wasn't valid, check out the 1 star review from a guy having exactly the same problem 6 months before I did. It was a known problem that they didn't bother fixing, hopefully with the new anti-spam laws that came into effect they fixed the problem but who knows
