I have ordered set of 10 earning got only 2 which also wasn't from anything i ordered. Which came after about 15 to 20 days now there is no option for return or refund and no means to contact them. They are totally fraud and scammers dont ever order anything from such websitee

I'm still waiting for my order it's been more than few weeks now, their customer service doesn't work and they aren't answering my phone calls and I have paid in full

Please don't waste your money to make a order with ESTILIO. This is fake company. i ordered on 15th feb with 2 days delivery commitment and still following up (05th March) via mail for my package. They jut grab the money and after sales their generic replyes on mails but almost no chance to get the product. In house delivery start showing the delivery date and later on shows cancelled. No contact number works and one will end up with loosing hard earned money.

I ordered valentine offer on estailo products on 12th feb26 but still I don't recd. The same till today 26th. They always send message they are working on your order. Now I loose hope if they are sending or not or I am being fraud.

This Estailo is really a fake brand. The images shown in the app are very glitter n shiny but the original product is very dull and not at all good. They do not deliver the product what we order instead send some low costs item. If we opt for return through email they do not respond. Please do not waste your money seeing their fake advertisements.

And now they are ghosting it's been 10 days
I have not received my order
Nor refund
I think they are fraud

The customer care is not responding and I wants to return some item but they wants all infact delivery charge is also reduced from my side

No delivery till 3 weeks.
No response on mails.
Don't buy from here.

very bad experience with estailo . i was follow up for the order for whole month, still its not received.
Also not willing to purchase for next time.

These people are fraud. Selling cheap quality stuff on the name of sale. Highly disappointed.

I ordered a bracelet set, but one of the bracelets has a loose clasp. I have contacted customer support via WhatsApp, email, and Instagram, and initially they responded. However, as soon as I raised the issue, the team stopped replying and asked me to share a video or image. Don't order from estailo. Totally fraud. Completely waste of money. I ordered 7 earrings but received only 4. That to be in prepaid order. No one is responding. Post sales experience is horrible.

Horrible! Horrible post sales experience. I purchased 3 items online.. All prepaid.
They delivered incomplete order. When I reported it to them on their number - call + whatsApp... they block my number instead of resolving the problem.
