Don't ever use this service

Don't ever use this service - you will be charged 90 USD - for nothing. Find the official US site esta.cbp.dhs.gov instead.

It's simply froad - because you never see the amount that is charged to your credit card.

Never ever use... unless you want to spend more

On searching the web, estaonlinevisa.com are high up on the search page. I used today and found out to the tune of £79.83 ,for a $14 visa, that this is NOT THE OFFICIAL SITE FOR A US VISA. All seemed well with appropriate questions and then to payment. As I was expecting to pay $14, I put in my credit card number and went to next screen, expecting to find a review page, where I could check if I had input all details correctly... this did not appear, just the ref. Number. It wasn’t until the very last page, after payment accepted, that I noticed a banner at the bottom stating not part of the official government web...I panicked, rang the bank who can do nothing. I emailed the company as their procedure for a refund. However although I got an email acknowledging application and one for my refund request, a short while later I got the official Esta authorisation approved by US Customs & Border. A costly mistake. BUT WHY are they allowed to get away with doing this?
UPDATE.. Contacted using form they responded same day to say I could have refund.

Overpriced for no reason

You get the ESTA visa, but you get charged with $104 for no reason, it doesn't tell you what it costs, it just takes the money from your credit card.

Do NOT USE!!!!!

Do NOT USE this site under any circumstances! Joke and rip off company will take $104 instead of $14 and doesn’t tell you that, no one answers the phone, and hangs up on the voicemails no way of contact and surprised the site hasn’t been taken down!
