Usually delivery great lovely chap that's so helpfull as I am 76. But this time two people delivered just left in my drive and I only needed it ten yards thru my gate ,
Lucky my son turned up to help me ! Apart from that very happy with decking !
But don't send that driver again .

Online ordering was easy to navigate, choose a delivery date to suit you, then informed of a 2hr delivery time slot not an all day one like a lot of companies.
Great prices compared to my usual local fencing companies I’ve used for the last 20 years, to which they were nearly half the price to one of them and the quality is just as good.
The only issue I had was that the gate which was part of my order did not come with the rest of it. I rang the office immediately, and spoke to a very polite and apologetic lady, and was informed that the mill had not received the paperwork to build it, they told me that it would be made immediately and I could either collect it the next day Friday or I could wait until the Monday and have it delivered. Just received the said gate this morning as promised. Only used this company once but will be using them again for more fencing products.
I would recommend going on my experience.

Do not use this company. Whether you visit their depot and purchase, you can expect to be left waiting for over 25 mins only to then have your order picked incorrectly, or to have your order delivered only to be completely incorrect and then waiting even longer for it to be collected and refunded. The wood quality is very poor, often heavily stained, mould and all to often significantly bowed from storage. The Mill is chaotic with new starters getting themselves completely confused with serving orders, the items to pick and which customer has been left waiting for over 25 mins! The Mill is chaos with trade/contractor vans constantly arriving, blocking everyone and each other in, demanding immediate service and adding to the confusion. It might be cheap but that shows in quality and service. I would recommend Earnshaw's, better quality wood, you can drive in a collect your order, choose your wood at your leisure and load yourself in a calm, spaced environment. Yes it might be more expensive but then you get what you pay for.

I've used Estatesawmills for a number of years now.
I moved away from bradford to wakefield but still use this company and its the best I can find.
The prices are great and they have a wide range of stock. If you need help the staff a very friendly on the phone and so easy to talk to and can't do enough.
I would recommend using this company to everyone.
The only downside I find is a fault with the website ordering, for some reason it won't recognise my postcode so I have to phone order through. That's nothing when you get a great service though.
